Remote Access Issues

I recently setup my MBL with remote access and am able to access the file shares via WD2go on my iPhone when I am connected to my home wireless, but when I leave the house and try from another wireless network or 3g I get a message that the device is unavailable.  My home network includes AT&T DSL via a Belkin Wireless Router.  I am sure that I am missing some configuration on my home network to allow access to the MBL from the outside.  Possibly port forwarding?  Any thoughts?

Thank you!  Will give it a try.  With my DSL will I also need to bridge my modem to my router?
