Hi I am unable to locate my remote access 9 digit code its not on the box, the quick set up guide or the unit itself.

Can anyone help

@geordiemick What device do you own, a My Cloud or My Cloud Home?

Which device do you have? A My Cloud or My Cloud Home device? The single bay/single drive My Cloud devices do not use a 9 digit code. If you have a My Cloud device, make sure to select My Cloud and not My Cloud Home if using the MyCloud.com web portal.
