Remote acces

I have baught a new WD My cloud for home use. I could able to set up in my laptop and access my cloud within my home network. I get a message that the remote access is desined. (We have detected that remote access is denined and contact WD support)

Please let me know how to fix it

Have you enabled and configured Remote Access per the instruction manual?

I tried as per the manual (PAGE 76) i am uaable to do that and dont get the same screen page. it is asking a user name and password which i havent created

Please suggest

My screens are identical to what’s shown in the manual…

Please post some screenshots of what you’re having confusion about.
