Firstly I hope that I’m using the correct terminology to describe mm problem. “Reload software for a Western Digital external drive.”
It has the following name on the outer case. “WD Elements”
It has these numbers on the outer case. 10098. Underneath it has. MDL: WD10000EO35-00 R/N:A5G
Underneath the above it has; S/N: WCA42025732.
I’m not very computer literate and am in a mess and would like to delete the application that serves this external drive and reload it but have no disc. Is it possible to obtain replacement software?
I don’t know what software you need but you can download a copy of whatever available on the WD Support Website.
