I have made a mistake in the management of my WD cloud mirror, as I have deleted a “release” and so all files and folders. Is there any chance to get the information back?

I presume you mean a share. No, once deleted there is no way to recover, at least that I know of.
Ok. It is a network share that you erased. It’s very problematic to recover information. if you’ve since used your My Cloud Mirror than chances are it’s now not possible to recover the data that was held within that network share.
