Went through all the steps for reformatting. Drive F (WD Drive) shows Folder Empty. Downloaded WD Drive Utilities and backup. Backup won’t recognize the drive, shows dropbox as only option. Also downloaded Quick View, which doesn’t open anything. HELP!

Can you please share your computer’s operating system and the status of the drive under disk management?
Also, are you able to transfer files manually to the drive?
Windows 10.
The drive shows:
1862.98 GB NTFS
Healthy (primary partition)
It did let me copy and paste a photo to the drive. I’m trying to back up the entire computer including the OS.
