Reformat to FAT32

Hello all,

I’ve just bought a WD Elements 500GB and I have to reformat it to FAT32 so i can backup my PS3.

I’ve downloaded the reformatting program but when i click on the .msi file it says I have to chose an application for open the document.

Any ideas what it is talking about and how I can get it reformatted?

MSI = MicroSoft Installer = Windows Installer

On my Win98SE box, the application file is “C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msiexec.exe”.

In your case, if the MSI file association has been damaged, you can highlight the MSI file, hold down the Shift key, and r-click the file. Then click Open With and Browse to the msiexec file.
