I just moved – new house, new router/network. Attached my EX2 to the network via hardwire, and powered up. Within a minute got red lights on both drives (3T). Message from the dashboard said both drives had failed. opened the unit and both drives were VERY warm.
Put in new drives – now get a TEMPERATURE message flashing in the system tray. I have depowered the unit but would like to know how to proceed
