Hi I have read a number of posts that deal with deleted files in the Recycle bin, but nowhere can I find the process to recover the files in the recycle bin. Can anyone inform me please.

Open Recycle Bin folder and restore what you want
You have to find a recycle bin and open it. There you have to find files which you want to back. Right click on them and restore them.
