I have 3tb my book and i dissembled it to directly connect to my pc. Reason being the usb port was getting too loose and I would lose connection to the drive. Now i cannot access to the hdd at all through pc or through usb. Any thoughts? I really need this data as i did not back it up before.
Depending on the hard drive model and your security settings data extraction may not be possible by connecting the internal hard drive into a computer.
I’d recommend contacting a professional data recovery service company if you do not have a backup.
