Recover previous file versions


So I modified and deleted some information in a few Excel spreadhseets that I would like to recover.  The files were not deleted so I am not looking to recover deleted files but I am wondering if My Cloud keeps previous versions so that I could access an older version of a current file and recover this data?  I have looked and can’t seem to figure out if this is even possible.  Any help, thoughts, or suggestions would be appreciated.


No.  The My Cloud doesn’t do that.  It doesn’t maintain any backups.

If the file was previously backed-up using WD SmartWare you should be able to restore an older version.
