Recover files deleted

hello

i have deleted one folder wth jpg and mov files and i need to recover these.
the recycler isn´t enabled
i am trying to get these files with external tools, for example wondershare recoverit, the tool recover files but all files are corrupts ( i have bought the license key )
who can help me about this ??
it´s urgent recover these files
