Recover a deleted folder?

I deleted a folder using the ‘folder shares’ option in the My Book World Edition network page (after entering via the ip address).

Unfortunately there was a file still in the folder that wasnt backed up, is there any way at all i can recover that file? Surely there is some sort of recovery software i could use to get it back?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Well… Any software able to recover files from a NAS formatted as EXT3 should be able to help you.
