Reading Raid 0 2TB WD My Book disks directly in PC

The controller of my Book 2TB network is dead. It was formatted as Raid 0.

  1. How can I read the data in the disks directly in PC? 

  2. My Book is 3 years old. Is it possible to get a new MyBook and hook the old disks to the new one and read the data?

  3. Is it possible to purchase the old model (same as mine) and hook the old disks?
