My laptop is very slow and I think it may be because the hard disk is not okay… can someone tell me if this speeds are normal or bad? Thanks!

Mostly Read/Write speed depends on background running applications or system configurations. You should run Complete Drive Test using Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool in order to check the health of WD internal hard drives.
