Read My Passport for MAC on PC?

My MAC died and I need to read some files from My Passport drive for MAC on my PC. Any way to do this?

The PC recognizes that the drive is there, asks to unlock, and says it is unlocked when I provide the password but the drive does not show up then in File Explorer.
