Reactive and more

WDTV   I 'm tried of always having to reactive and calling to complain about this. Enough is enough you can buy my device back so 

I can get a better one. I bought the WDTV so I could watch netflix and have been having a problem since I hook it up. I’am sure their are alot of people out there that feel the same as I do so lets solve the problem or pay for our WDTV device so we can get something better.  I have only had this WDTV for three months and it really is getting old to have to always log back on .
