Raw Read Error Rate increasing...?

My hard disk is hardly a year old , but it’s raw read Error attribute value is increasing (But their no Data Loss) . is my Hard Disk Failing ?? Should i really be worry about ?? My drive is WD5000LPVX-75VOTTO

Keep your drive for now… when you start to get realocated sectors replace… your drive seems to be perfectly fine
