Random WD discovery temporary connecting to the internet

Since I installed WD Discovery, the application has generated random temporary files trying to connect to the internet. A different one every time I turn on the computer.

Since my firewall is rule-based, it forces me to create one every single time. It is quite annoying. Is there any way to avoid it?
