Is it possible to upgrade the RAM on a WD MycloudEX4?

Hi and welcome to the WD Community.
Currently, upgrading the memory RAM of the unit is only supported on the following products. WD My Cloud DL2100, WD My Cloud DL4100, WD My Cloud EX2100 and WD My Cloud EX4100
Trying that on any other product than that, will void the warranty of the unit.
