RAID configuration problem - New My Book 16 TB

Hi guys,

I have a problem while creating the RAID 1 with my new My Book 16 TB. The status does not go further… the status bar stocks. What shall I do: kill the process of the WD Drive Utilities software or wait for another 2 or 3 hours?

The drive has been reformatted to OS X Extended (Journaled) first. Than I made an intensive check with no problems. Next step was the RAID creation which fails now.

Anyone an idea?

Still no progress. Status bar is unchanged since 2,5 hours now…

Perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
