RAID 5 Status Degraded, Drive Fault

Need help identifying how to fix my error.

-Product: WD My Cloud EX4
-Firmware: 2.11.178
-Issue: RAID Status Degraded
-Configuration: RAID 5 (4 X 3TB)
-Symptoms:
* Bay 3 has a red indicator
* My Cloud dashboard shows Drive Status as faulted
-What I’ve done so far:
* Did a hot swap of Drive 3 with spare drive. The RAID volume did an auto-rebuild but the fault never went away
* Ordered a brand new drive. Shut down the system removed all drives and did a cleaning. Reinstalled drives with the new drive in bay 3. The RAID volume did an auto-rebuild and all indicators were green. Next day the fault was back.
* I have had no issues access any data on the drive, but I’m worried that the data on drive 3 is not being spanned properly.

Have the exact same issue.
Drive 3 was failing, bought a new one.
Did some research for steps looked like ti would be straightforward.
Turned off, installed new drive. Restarted.
Nada. Cant reach the dashboard. Drive givves various ‘helpful’ msg like drive devalued, etc.

but n othing.

Even tried hot swap as some members mentioned that would work.

Nada.

Cant reach dashboard.

Rebuild was set to auto and settings look same as above.

Why spend all this $$ when recovery is NOT an option?
