RAID 0 to RAID 1 Migration / Expansion

I have a PR4100 with bays 1 & 2 running RAID 0 (volume_1)

I purchased two new (larger) drives and placed them in bays 3 & 4 running RAID 1 (volume_2).

I want to migrate the RAID 0 (volume_1) to RAID 1 (volume_2) and then remove volume_1. What would be the best way to go from here?

I think it’s this, but wanted to make sure (I don’t want to accidentally merge my 2 volumes):

  1. Click Change RAID Mode again
  2. Click RAID 1
  3. Click Expand Capacity
  4. Select Yes on Do you want to replace your existing drive with a new drive?
  5. Click Finish
