Quick view will not load

Hi all,

New here. When I reboot my computer quick view fails to show up. I can access the drive though the drive letter from my computer.

I have xp

I have the my book live 2tb

Any where to get help on this?

Hello, You can try uninstalling quickview from the control panel and then reinstalling it again.
