Quick View - Install Problem

Hi All,

I newbie here to to NAS/MBL

I followed the instructions for setup, the MBL(2TB) is fine and working on my network.

The issue is the “Quick VIew” application.

It appeared to install O.K, no errors during install.

But,

If I click the Icon in the system tray there are only 2 items showing.?

  • Exit

I’m running Win XP Pro - SP3 - All updates

I have checked .NET 4.0 is installed, and appears to be up to date 15/12/2013

Any ideas suggestions are welcome.

try turning off your firewall and see if it’ll detect the drive
