I using windows 10 all updates have been made. I have a passport 4gig I purchased about two years ago, when I plug it into my usb3 port it brings up wd unlocker which works fine, I’ve now purchased a passport ultra 4g that uses a c-port, when I plug it in a separate wd unlocker comes up, it seems to be a different program even though it works find but if I use both drives I have two wd unlocker programs working at the same time, is this the way it should be?.
