Question about SSD/HDD

Hi,
I have the 1TB WD blue hard drive, I bought it around 4 years ago when I built my computer. I am now looker for an upgrade to an SSD. I have the money. I was wondering if this would be a good option to purchase and move all data/windows OS too. This is the model I am looking to purchase to swap out my old HDD. It is called the WD Blue 1TB 2.5 inch Internal SSD WDS100T2B0A

I remember the day (years ago) when i purchased my 1st SSD Hard drive to replace a mechanical hard drive very well … i was immediatly impressed with the performance and speed increase of my Operating System (Windows 7)

Was super simple to swap too ! … basically, plugged the SSD into a USB3.0 External Enclosure then used AOME Partition Assistant ‘Disk Copy’ option to copy data/system files to the SSD in the USB Enclosure … when it was finished, shut down the computer and swapped out the hard drives … powered on, up and running my OS and Data on a brand new SSD :slight_smile:
