Question about Camera Backups

I’m not understand how’s the Camera backups function doing,

i tried connect my sony alpha 5100 to My cloud ex2 by USB,

however the dashboard came out with warning massage of “Unsupported USB device”

I saw some introductions that someone able to connect this 2 devices,

but it’s not a full instruction how to get it done.

Anybody know how to get camera connected with my cloud?

Your image shows a Canon T1i not a Sony.

The image was get from another website that introduce camera backups.

It’s not mine setting, i’m still haven’t figure it out how the people can done this connection (show as the image) with my sony camera.
