I’ve recently setup the WD My Book Live Duo 8tb and have established user accounts for everyone, however when we log in to WD2GO.com every user account comes up with a “My WD Devices: No devices available” message.
I can’t find anywhere within WD2GO.com to check the account settings and everything seems correct on the WD platform but clearly I’ve missed something.
Any assistance would be hugely appreciated.
