Purchased the WD Smartware but activation code not working

Hi 

I purchased the WD smartware activation code a week ago

When I put in the code - “There was an error trying to validate your activation code. Please try again later”

Any ideas whats wrong?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling WD Smartware. If this does not work then I recommend you contact support directly for assistance with this issue.
