Public Share: cannot edit files & folders

I’ve logged as guest and created file/folder. I can edit it as guest user but when I logged as admin I have only read-only access to this file/folder.

And vice versa - I have read-only access for files/folders created by admin when I logged as guest.

I want admin and guest users to have read-write access to all the folders in Public share.

Please advice how to do it?

And you’re logging in … how?  Direct Share?  FTP?  WD 2go?  AFP?  NFS?

What operating system?

I am on Mac OS X. Drive is mounted at system startup. When I try to access to it from left panel in finder - I am logged in as guest by default but I have an option to connect under other user ( in my case I use admin).

Any advice?
