Public Folder on 2TB My Book Word Edition

I am copying over my files to the Public Folder and it keeps coming up with out of disk space even though it displays 670GB free on my mirrored drive, Does the Public Folder has a folder quota limit as I can copy the files remaining to other folders that I have created on the drive. Disk Quota is not set on any folders.
