Product Registration Fails STATCODE108

Hello,

I am new to the WD community and was trying to register my new Western Digital® BLACK SN750 NVMe Solid State Drive, 500GB, WDBRPG5000ANC-WRSN.

It keeps failing saying the serial number is invalid or STATCODE108.

Please help,
