Product registration failed

Hello WD team, i tried to register my cloud mirror. I open the box and start to follow the guide steps by steps. When comes to product registration, it fail and guide me to directly register from another WD link. After key in all the info and click the summit button. it fails as well. Can guide me how can i register the product so that i can use the cloud services.
