Hi I’ve had my WD TV HD media player gen 1 for about 7 months. Recently my media player ran up on a problem. When I use the remote it takes a long time to respond and when i scroll up or down using the remote it scrolls randomly and not allowing me to highlight the right file. Is anyone else running into the same problem or can help me fix the problem thanks.
