Hi! I just have a My Cloud home since a week but I’ve my first problem… I can’t upload files bigger than 4,8/5Gb. Is it normal?

IIRC this issue is only with uploading via web browser access. Is that how you are trying to upload the file? If so i would suggest installing WD discovery and let it mount the private user space as a drive on your computer and copy the file to the drive using drag and drop.
