Problems ripping music to EX2 Ultra

I have started having problems ripping CD tracks via Apple Music to my My Cloud EX2 Ultra. This used to work flawlessly, now many tracks are written without duration information and won’t play. Anyone seen this and know what a solution to this problem might be?

At the moment, I have to manually delete and try again; eventually I can get all tracks ripped but it takes a long time.
