Problems Changing Owner on WD My Book

I am not sure how the owner was changed on My Book 4T external HD. I have been using it as a plug and play storage until 2 weeks ago when I could no longer write to it. It seems to be an ownership issue but when I try to change the owner, it gives me the message: Unable to set new owner on My Book(I). Access is denied. I can access and copy all of my information but cannot change or add new information.

The current owner is listed as: S-1-5-21-1364585354-3235828756-2847156796-33399

Can anyone help??

That option does not work for me even checking the check box. It still gives me the error that I do not have permission to change owner.
