Problems after firmware upgrade?

I don’t know if all are due to the firmware upgrade but it didn’t happen before:

The main page doesn’t show up know. After login in I can just see the My Cloud mirror logo and the city picture below.

I can not access using SSH. It says access denied and I’m using the password I had before firmware upgrade.

One thing that still fails is that emule doesn’t restart after rebooting the device, and the only solution is to uninstall and install again the application.

I sent the solution to support, but it seems that they have ignored.

Make sure that the flash player and JAVA are fully updated.

You can do a physical reset on the unit using the button on the back of the unit.
