Hi forum

I own a Elements Play and having trouble playing HD material both video and audio.

I have even been in contact with WD techinal support. Over the years I have been in contact with several technical support team, but I must admit WD have the absolutly worst of it’s kind,

If you are plan to watch and hear HD material, I will recomment you look for other mediadevices.

WDC may produce good HD, but they should stay at it.

At least I now just have a 2T USB drive…
