Problem with write data to sharespace

Hi every one

can some body help me solve this problem

I have sharespace 4Tb that I join domain to the active directory using windows server 2003 R2

Recenly I upgrade the firmware and after that my user can access the sharing data but they can not write

I am using user from active directory for accessing the sharing folder, usualy full access

and My firmware version is 2.2.9 with Mionet 4.3.1

Did you apply the patch, and the newest firmware update?

i have same problem cannot write data when joined to doamin after upgrading formware
