Problem with UPnP connection

Hi all! I have a problem with the remote access of my book live.

I can only estabilish a relay connection even if i turn on the UPnP function in my router (Netgear dg834g). I also try to open port manually (TCP 443, 80 and UDP 1194),  assign static ip address in the control panel of nas and on the ip reservation table in the router. None of this method work. What should i do?

I have the exact same issue.  I’m using an Asus RT-N56U.  Here is what i get every few minutes with remote access turned on.  I have since turned it off until this can be ‘fixed’.

The router has uPnP enabled.  The IP you see here 192.168.0.17 is the MLB.

What’s wierd is the AddPort command actual does add the ports to the routers Port Forwarding, but MLB soon after deletes them out.

I solved the problem! I disable the remote access to my router because it was on the same port (80) of the remote access for http of nas, now i change the port of remote access of the router to 90 and it works perfectlly!

I hope in the next firmware will be the option of configure the port of remote access…

Some guy from WD called WDTony said that it will, so let’s hope

Yea that guy said it would be there… hopefully next release…
