Hi everyone
today I bought a new router of the asus GT-AX1100
managed to configure everything except 2 nos of the WD
one is mycloudex2 (nas) and the other is a mycloud
the other hhd the router sees them in the network these 2 does not see them at all
previously fixed ip addresses were connected with a netgear registered
I tried in the 2 hhd settings to put dhcp and not static but nothing does not see them
hours I am completely inexperienced
maybe I should format them? in doing so, however, I lose over 2 TB of data (even a backup would take days and days)
I also tried to put the old ip on the new computer but I decided that it is not a valid ip (netgear uses 10.0.0.xx while asus 192.168.50.xxx)
how can i solve?

oggi ho comprato un nuovo router dell’asus GT-AX1100
sono riusciti a configurare tutto tranne 2 nasdella WD
uno è il mycloudex2 (nas) e l’atro è un mycloud
gli altri hhd il router li vede nella rete questi 2 non li vede proprio
in precedenza erano collegati con un netgear registrato indirizzi ip fissi
ho provato nelle impostazioni dei 2 hhd a mettere dhcp e non statico ma nulla non li vede
oremetto che sono inesperto del tutto
forse dovrei formattarli? cosi facendo però perdo oltre 2 TB d dati (anche un backup ci mettendoi giorni e giorni)
ho anche provato a mettere l’ip vecchio sul nuovo computer ma ho deciso che non è un ip valido (netgear usa 10.0.0.xx mentre asus 192.168.50.xxx)
com posso risolvere?
