Problem with plug 2 hd wd passport essential

i’m try, plug 2 hd, but only 1 is recognized by the SO WIN 7, every time i need remove 1 and plug another.

help

Do you see both drives within Disk Management?  If so, can you right-click on the “offline” drive and choose “online”?

the first that I plug, appears to virtual drive and disk,
second only to the virtual drive

Have you locked one of the drives?  If so, can you unlock them both and then access each drive?

works, i remove in the both the password, and set for online,

now i don’t have a problem, i can use one with pass and another without.
