I have the My Passport Essential SE 1TB. I reformatted it to FAT32 but the XBOX still doesn’t recognize it. Anyone know what’s the problem?
It might be the VCD is what the XBox is trying to see. Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
