Problem with My Book 1TB

My Book Essential suddenly appears it doesn’t work when i plug in on my computer(also i’ve tryed on other PCs), there I found it has “WD SES device usb device” problem or something, which probably means it can’t find the drive itself. I checked “update the drive” in Device Manager, but it didn’t find any driver on my computer because the driver is in My Book and I have no access to My Book until i got my driver… so is there any driver available to download from outside ???
