Problem with manually updating movie info

When I first brought my shiny new WD TV Live box, I was able to manually pull movie information from the Internet, but now (obviously I’ve done something) I don’t get the full list of options for a movie.

At first I would see this list:

View Backdrop Photos

View Info (this is just a larger view of the movie description)

Remove Info

Rescan Info

Watch Trailer from Youtube (I think this depends if there is one on Youtube or not)

Add to Queue

Rate (5 stars total)

Favorite

Move

Copy

Delete

Upload to Facebook

Select Multiple

But now, all that’s in the options list is:

Move

Copy

Delete

Upload to Facebook

Select Multiple.

The only big change I’ve done to the box is to download and install a theme.  Thinking that may be the problem, I installed the “Legacy” theme, but still the same problem.  What have I done?? :dizzy_face:

If it helps, I have the 1.04.12 firmware installed and I get the media from a network share.  This has not changed since I took it out of the box.

1> Go to SETUP / NETWORK / CLEAR LOGIN INFO…
2> Go to SETUP / SYSTEM / MEDIA LIBRARY / Library Manager … and DELETE all listed servers
3> Go to your NAS and make sure the WDTV has WRITE access to the share(s)
4> Reboot your WDTV
5> Re-Connect to your Servers / Shares

… after all “Compiling Media Library” is complete,

6> Press the RED BUTTON and change the content source to “My Media Library.”
