I had to reinstall Windows 7 on my laptop and cannot reinstall WD Smartware. When I try to install WD smartware a small window appears with the text ‘pending_reboot_txt’ and when I click the on the OK-button, WD Smartware is not installed. Can anybody help me?
Hi igvas, make sure that there is no previous installation of Smartware installed, click on the following link for the steps to uninstall it. Once you do this try to install the latest version again (3.2.5.1).
