Problem with fonts on win vista/7

I have 2 external HDDs (My Passport Elite).

When I open the file setup.exe on windows xp, I have no problem. But when I open it on windows vista or windows 7, the text don’t displaying.

Can you tell me please, why it happens this? I think there is a font problem. Are there any fonts on xp, which not included on vista/7?

I have already installed the latest version, both active-x and plug-in.

It’s not flash player’s problem, because I have already installed the latest version, both active-x and plug-in.

Is there something else I should check?
