Well, it depends on the TV, of course. If your TV only supports FAT file system, then it won’t be possible. If it supports NTFS or exFAT, then it should have no trouble with HUGE files.

@eddiefreddie, are you using a My Cloud, or just a 4TB USB drive?
I wonder HOW the OP is trying to play the movies. Is OP using a media player app or device. etc? So little info in his post.
